On February 11, 2010, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of 22.5 cents per common share, payable April 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2010. Subject to financial results, capital requirements, available cash flow and any other factors that the Board of Directors may consider relevant, it is the intention of the Board of Directors to declare a comparable quarterly dividend on an ongoing basis. It is expected that future dividend payments will be made to shareholders of record as of the close of business on the last business day of each calendar quarter and that the related payment date will be the fifteenth day of the month following the record date, or if such day is not a business day, the immediately preceding business day.
All dividends paid by the Company in 2009 and, unless otherwise indicated, all dividends to be paid by the Company subsequent to 2009, are designated as eligible dividends in accordance with subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any applicable corresponding provincial provisions.
