Eye Gloss can be worn over Matte Fluid Eye Paint, Fractal Glitter Eye Paint, Shadowsticks or Line Artist Gel Eyeliner. Drip Tip: Just like your favorite lip gloss, you can reapply Vinyl Effect Eye Gloss throughout the day / night for max sheen.
