Aerobika made a big difference
I wasn't sure what to think about this little device at first, but I stuck with it, using it once in the morning and once at nights before my inhalers and within a week I started noticing I wasn't feeling as short of breath anymore. It's been 3 months and I haven't had a single chest infection since I started using the aerobika. I'm definitely sticking with this thing!
Aerobika PEPO device
A recommendation from my respirologist and it was a good one. A very good product to help with airway clearance and better breathing. It has no batteries and is easy to clean with only four parts that come apart with ease. I definitely recommend it. It costs less than 100 dollars.
