Giving this 3 stars and here are my reasons. 1. Very comfortable. I wasn't so sure if XL would fit me, but figured I would give it a try as I followed the guidelines and it worked perfectly. 2. These seem to be heavily scented. I can smell it right when I take it it out of the box, go to the bathroom, etc. We don't need anything scented. It irritates us. It's not healthy. 3. I have PCOS and I have a uterine fibroid. Was hoping I would have tested these out with the super heavy bleeding/blood clots, but didn't get a chance to. I can't say for sure these will help or not, but I hope it helps someone.

I really like these. They are both comfortable and fit well. They absorb well without leaking or smelling funny. So far so good with these. Just started this journey.

They are true to size and fit comfortably. Discrete and feel like an actual pair of underwear instead of a bulky diaper. They are super absorbant, and I didn't have any leakage onto my clothing. No smell of urine or sweating feeling either. I've been wanting to try these and am so glad I had the opportunity to. Recommend them to anyone who has bladder leakage.

This is great for both bladder and bad period days! I wore it, and it was like underwear. You couldn't tell no weird odors or any leaking anywhere it was as pleasant of an experience that you could have wearing bladder underwear. I hate that I am getting to a certain age that this is what I need but I am glad I have this option and it saves my clothes and underwear the coverage is next to none!
