Great coverage and absorbency. Feels comfortable, soft and have never experienced foul odours between changes. They are great for my long work hours in my job of being in my feet all day.

The always discreet seems better for heavy flow but not having that wing like your other regular pads makes it having leakage from the sides because is not firmly hold to the side.

Personally, I like it because the material doesn't feel too plasticky, which makes it comfortable and prevents injuries or discomfort. It's also a nice size for heavy periods. I usually get them on sale using coupons, and their packaging is practical and easy to open and reuse to wrap the one that's already been used.

The pad itself is am comfortable with its the fragrance that totally did me in. 1. I have fragrance allergies and didn't realize how strong the scent was and 2 WHY. No other pads I have used are scented

Love these pads! These pads are completely leak free, I have a very heavy flow and these protect me 100%. They are very comfortable and lightweight.

I have been pleased using P &G Always Discrete for over two years. I was wondering if any consideration had been given to adding a feature to the pads that would change color when a significant amount of leakage was detected in the pad? Currently, when wearing the pad(s) it can be difficult to determine when the pad is reaching or has reached its absorption limit. It requires poking around the pad to see how full it is. A stripe with a color change would be extremely helpful and would eliminate leakage due to an over-absorbed pad. Thanks for listening.

I had been praising Always Discreet Underwear as I have urination problems. Yesterday I was wearing one and before I could get out of my chair and get to the bathroom I started urinating and the diaper DIDN'T hold any of it. It ran down my leg, through trousers, and on the floor! They were put on the same way I always put them on!

As a male who is dealing with incontinence, this pad gives me a peace of mind that I am protected from leaks. After trying other brands I found Always Discreet to be the most comfortable and dependable.

I recently bought this only to find out the product is lightly scented. Unfortunately this designation was not very obvious on the packaging. As someone who is very scented to scented products, I cannot use your product
