Glides on nicely and probably has the best staying power of eyeliner pencils I have tried on my waterline. My eyes are often sensitive and runny - I don't often line my upper waterline, but I had success with that, too! I ended up purchasing a second colour (I now have white and brown) and will likely continue to purchase. Great value for price point.

I have used many different eyeliners over the years, and this is by far the best! It glides on the top waterline effortlessly, and creates a clean look that demands attention. Love this product and use it daily.

Very disappointed with this eyeliner. When sharpening, the Color portion just falls apart & is no longer useable. Do not waste your money on this!!

This says it's waterproof and long-lasting for waterlines...I've never used a less waterproof product. It's very black and smooth though.

Easy to apply, great staying power, decent price point. I use this in my lower lash line most times I do my makeup and it glides on beautifully for a great brightening effect! I expect to continue to use this and potentially repurchase it when I run out. Compared to the previous Annabelle liners I've tried, of which one was awful and one was ok, I was pleasantly surprised!

This eyeliner is good for women and men, it makes your eyes look wide awake! And it doesn't look like you have anything on your eyes in a good way!! If your tired or have been sick or crying a lot this is a LIFE SAVER!!
