Tried to make it work...

I wanted to fall in love with this as I have with other Bali Body products, but no matter how many times I tried to make it work on my skin it kept falling short. I'm naturally pale with pink undertones in addition to having chronically dry, overly sensitive skin. The color looks pretty good on my b...ody for an all over buildable glow. It's a little orange, but still looks more or less natural and didn't break my skin out, which is always an issue for me. However, I cannot stress enough how much of an issue I have had with it on my hands and feet! After the first use was a disaster, leaving my palms/hands and feet an orange, streaky mess, I tried applying it with gloves and also a mitt the next few times, but it didn't make much of a difference. 100% recommend wearing gloves/a mitt when applying, no matter what the directions say!! I scrubbed my hands and feet for DAYS trying to fade the orange from my skin, and it still never went away completely. I used every technique in the book for applying the self tanner to my more dry areas i.e. hands, feet, elbows, knees, and also for exfoliating the product off, but nothing really worked. Because it is a moisturizer it doesn't come off as easily as other self tanners might, because it certainly seems to seep father into your skin than other tanning products that more or less sit on top of the skin. I almost never write reviews, but I did want to put my opinion out there regarding this. This was one of my first self tan experiences and it was definitely not worth the hassle. It also fades patchy and even after multiple applications over a few days a light friction of my watch on my wrist throughout the day caused it to rub off.
