There is definitely a shimmer in this primer that gives you a glow, so if you don't like shimmery makeup this isn't the primer for you. The primer goes on nicely and gets the job done. It dries quickly and doesn't have a tacky feel to it. There isn't much of a scent which is nice.

This product has a very lightweight, runny texture. It feels like a light moisturizer, without any oiliness or heaviness. I do think it helps to smooth skin out by virtue of adding hydration, not due to any silicones. It also seemed to help my makeup grip onto my face longer. I can't speak to any of the long-term skincare benefits yet, but it's nice to know that it was created with skincare in mind.

To begin with, I'm in love with this primer. I have dry skin and this leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. It also gives my skin a nice glowy effect. You can use with it without makeup just for a natural look. It helps my makeup last long time and stay nice throughout the day.

I loved this primer! It worked really well with all my foundations and gave a super pretty glow effect. I didn't have problems with pilling either which is one of the most common issues I have with primers. Definitely will be one of my go tos.

I've used several other moisturizing primers, and I'm really quite happy with Prime Time Hydrate & Glow Primer. It absorbed well, I definitely felt as though it helped with makeup application and longevity. The packaging is adorable, the product itself is pretty, but my only complaint is the smell. I wanted it to smell 'pretty' but it was just eh. Definitely something I'd recommend and may end up purchasing

One thing I really appreciate is that there's no strong smell, and it doesn't feel sticky or heavy like a lot of primers do when you put it on. I layer it on immediately after moisturizer and I don't have any issues. I have dry skin so in the winter I usually have a lot of issues with piling, but thanks to this primer I don't have to worry about it anymore. It honestly is very hydrating and makes me feel confident and cool so I don't have to worry about dry skin or fine lines coming through!

I cant describe how beautiful my makeup looks!! i am literally so obsessed. It's dewy and glowy and that's on all day. i have pretty dry skin and this product helped not give me a flaky/ cake like finish!
