How to use
Swallow, chew or crumble 2-3 tablets per meal with your first bite of food (1 tablet per 1/2 cup serving of gas-producing food). Take up to 20 tablets / day. Store between 15C -25C.

Caution: beano® is made from a safe food-grade mould. Hypersensitivity/allergy had been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
