Giving 4 stars as the mask smells a bit weird but this product is a game changer. I have used it once so far and can already see the results and my skin looks so much smoother. The tool is also so good and works amazing to get the gunk out

I was excited to try this product. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as described. The instructions aren't very descriptive & pressing hard with the tool on my skin actually caused me to bleed. The product didn't actually remove anything visible from my face, which was very disappointing after scrapping my face raw. The product also smells like plastic, which was weird.

I really like the concept of this product. I've always wanted to try it instead of pore strips, but unfortunately I'll likely stick with them. The cream you apply to your face first has a pretty bad odor, but it does go away after a few minutes. The shape of the actual device looks like it would fit the contours of your nose, but it's actually more awkward. I also found that I had to press pretty hard to see any results, which didn't feel good. The amount of "gunk" I got out of my pores just wasn't worth the bad scent, the difficulty in actually gliding it along the curves of your face, and the amount of painful pressure you need to see results.

The clay mask cleanses well, absorbing oil and sebum from the nose, philtrum, and chin area. When using the included metal tool, blackheads and sebum plugs are easier to extract than with just fingers. After rinsing, the skin feels clearer, deeply cleansed, and pores appear smaller. However, the metal tool is a bit hard; pressing too hard can cause pain or redness, especially on thin or sensitive skin. Those with sensitive skin should use it very gently or only after the clay has softened the sebum.

Easy to apply mask which dried down quickly. I found the debunker tool a little more difficult to work with in order to find the right angle and pressure for extraction. Rinsed cleanly. Moisturized feeling afterward. Limited extraction but I don't typically struggle with black heads. Not a noticeable change in pore size

I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and light this cleanser feels! The texture is silky and smooth, and it doesn't strip my skin at all. It removes dirt and oil effectively while leaving my pores feeling clean and refined. The scent is mild and refreshing, not overpowering. After a few uses, my skin looked clearer and softer, and I love that it gives a nice cooling sensation after washing. It's perfect for oily or combination skin and works great before makeup too!

I have mixed feelings about the Benefit Cosmetics The Porefessional Degunker. I will begin by saying that I love the concept of this product. I love that it comes with a skincare product to apply to the skin before trying to remove any gunk. The formula of the product is great and really helps when using the tool to remove any gunk trapped in my pores. I do not find the metal part of the tool useful for all over my face. It did a great job on the corners of my nose and removed a good amount of gunk there. It was harder to use on my cheek area and did not do much for my chin. I also have another metal tool that is used for popping pimples and it does a better job at gliding across my skin to remove gunk. Bottom line is that I love the liquid part of this product, but I think the metal tool is not practical for my whole face.
