Stopped working 2 weeks in
Doesn't turn on after a handful of uses. Going to try return this as I feel I've wasted my money.

Did anyone else get a weird sinus infection that wondered up to their ears right around the 2022/23 winter holiday?? Were you also not able to take a decongestant due to breastfeeding???? Were you tired of desperately sandwiching your head in between 2 magic bags, causing a terrible pain in your neck????If yes, then you need to get this for you and or your loved ones who can't take OTC meds! There are no cons in this purchase! It feels very lux with the faux fur cover! It turns off after 2 hours for safety! Along with decongesting me, I find that my TMJ has relaxed with the heat. I love my pillow and I love that I got it on clearance too!

This pillow works really well and I'm glad I bought it.
Perfect size and great heat.
At first I thought this pillow would be too small but it's actually perfect size to fit the small of your back or between shoulder blades. Not too firm not too soft and has a great heat range. Grateful for the auto off after 120 minutes too!
