How to use
Recommended dose: Take as recommended by your health professional. Adults, take 2 delayed-release capsules once daily with breakfast. Adolescents and children (6 years and older), take 1-2 delayed-release capsules once daily. If you are taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+® at least 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics. Recommended usage: Helps to improve quality of life in people with diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome. To preserve the capsule’s delayed-release properties, do not chew, crush or open the capsules.
Warnings
Caution and warning: If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea not associated to IBS) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care professional. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children 5 years and younger. Contraindications: Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).

Instant relief for IBS D
I have tried many probiotics and finally hit on this one. It works. I cannot believe the difference in quality of life. I am afraid to eat out and always travel with a supply of Imodium and chewable Pepto Bismal -- I haven't used either in weeks since I started this product in January. I never write reviews -- but for anyone who relates to my narrative, you might want to give this excellent product a try. And it is Canadian made!
Relief at last
I've been taking this for 3 weeks now. After a few days I was able to stop taking Imodium which I have been on for about 18 months. So grateful for this product
