Shoppers Drug Mart and the manufacturer both must understand the importance of CLEARLY DISCLOSING xylitol (toxic to dogs). I did not know it contained xylitol until I read the ingredient list on the bottle after applying it to my skin. No matter how careful I could be when using this product, it is still risky for my dog or any other dog I encounter if they happen to lick me. Please do a better job of disclosing xylitol in products. There should be a warning on the bottle and it should be clearly stated in online marketing information. Or, better yet, take it out of the formula altogether.

I have been using this product for almost 10 years and the last bottle I purchased seems to be different. The formula feels a little thinner but most importantly, it stings my face when it never did before. I have an bottle I purchased over a year ago and that one doesn't sting so I think something has changed in the formula.

I have tried it before in different sizes and cannot describe the perfection! It is not only so fast acting product but also repair effect is crazy. I cant wait to try bigger size.

I received this after signing up for a tiny sample. I love the velvety feel. I use a retinol at night and I've struggled to find a cream to layer over my face to keep it from drying out. This is it! I'm very happy with the results. It melts into my skin while not interfering with the retinol. No transfer on my pillowcase and my skin is plump in the morning. Hands down my favorite. I'm on my way to purchase the larger size for an all over body experience.

I'm so happy I received a sample of Bioderma Atoderm intensive balm in the mail, because I never tried this brand before but I'm so impressed by its gentle effectiveness. I'm very hard on my hands! From factory work, washing dishes and using alot of hand sanitizer throughout the day my hands become so dry. I applied it one night at work and it gave my sore dry hand instant relief! The balm absorbs quickly, isn't at all greasy, has no fragrance and is very gentle on your skin. After using for 1 week my hands already look visibly refreshed and moisturized. Now that I have tried this balm it has become a little gem in my purse, I bring it with me wherever I go!
