I purchased this item about a month ago, but it arrived damaged. I returned the product after a refund was approved; however, I still have not received my refund. This has been very disappointing, and I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund.

I've been using this product for many years. Above all, it was the super pleasant smell that won my loyalty. Unfortunately, with the new packaging came a new smell, hence only 2 stars. It's not an unpleasant smell but it's definitely not the original. Unfortunate indeed as I now search for a replacement.

Force Supreme is great. Been using it for years. It's light non greasy a light pleasant fragrance and covers well and easily. I use it with other Biotherm products. The bottle size for the price is great.

Nice scent and texture, but is not as nice as the Aquapower collection even though the description and price suggests it.
