I am extremely dissatisfied with Bobbi Brown's products and customer service. I ordered multiple items, and only two of them were worth keeping. The rest of the lipsticks were of such poor quality that they were essentially worthless. When I contacted customer service for help with a return, I was given blatantly incorrect information. I was told-twice-that I could return my online order to Seph***. I was shocked to hear this, so l double-checked with them, and they confirmed it again. I have attached the chat screenshot as proof. Following their instructions, I went to Seph*** store only to be told that such a return is impossible. The staff even laughed and implied that someone must have been joking with me. This was humiliating, stressful, and a complete waste of my time, especially since the store is far from my home. When I reached out to customer service again, I was then told that I must ship the items back at my own expense and that returns cannot be made at Bobbi Brown's physical stores either. The inconsistency and lack of basic knowledge from their own team is unacceptable. This experience shows a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for customers. I will not be purchasing from Bobbi Brown again. Their products are low quality, and their customer service is unprofessional and misleading. Save your money and avoid this brand.
