I've been using the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Eye Pencil for a few weeks now, and I'm honestly impressed. The formula is super smooth and glides on effortlessly without tugging at the skin. It's richly pigmented, giving a bold, defined look that really enhances the lash line. What I love most is how long it lasts – it stays put all day without smudging, even in humid weather. It's perfect for both subtle day looks and more dramatic evening styles. I also appreciate that it's gentle on my sensitive eyes and doesn't cause any irritation. Incredibly little product in this new pencil. If they sold re-fill cartridges I might purchase this again like they do their other longwear brow pencil, but it's a shame that for about the same price as the longwear brow product, it only contains about 1/5 of the amount. I get that it's meant to be more 'precise' but geez.

You addition of colors means I have the spot on correct eye brow color! I have used mahogany effectively in the past, but your new Cool Brown is absolutely perfect! Also, you have ingeniously changed the caps on the pencil!!! Forever, for every brand I have ever used, the cap over the pencil is the same color as the cap over the spoolie. You have now changed the cap over the pencil to brown, and the other end of the pencil black! Such a simple modification, but now I am not longer fiddling with figuring out which cap goes where! Thank you! You have made what I have loved for years, even better!

This brow pencil WAS fabulous and I would've given it 5 stars; BUT, it ran out of pencil in 3 weeks!!!!! I must've twisted it back and forth 5x because I couldn't believe it was already out! Needless to say, I'm highly disappointed with how quickly the pencil wore out! Guess I'm going to have to go back to the long wear pencil. Very disappointed in Bobbi Brown! This pencil had a LOT of potential, but it is definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

These new pencils are the best. I've tried many brands from drugstore to higher end and these win hands down. I used the old version and those were okay and I was one of the most vocal when the gray shade was eliminated. The good news is this new formulation lasts all day and I have oilier skin. The other great thing is there is an excellent replacement for the original gray one. Cool brown is perfect for us brunettes who need a cool gray toned pencil. This fits the bill to a tee. Thank you BB for reformulating and bringing out a much better shade range. Now if we could get a good, CLEAR brow gel that would be the best!

complimentary from bobbibrown. I love that this eyebrow pencil is not soft not too hard as well. The brown lid is where the thin pencil is. And at the other side where the black lid is where the brush located. I liked that it came out naturally looking just like my natural eyebrow color. Also the thin pencil mimick the hair stroke which I liked the most.
