The screw on portion of the container completely separated and leaked all in my purse. Contacted customer service as I have only had this for 4 months and used minimally as I have several others I use as well. No luck there. Kept getting the same scripted response of "if it's damaged packaging, please contact" blah blah blah. I just want a refund or a replacement. So also, 1 star for customer service. Bobbi Brown isn't what it used to be.
