great little device, compact and fits anywhere! pockets, purse and the car! easy to clean and set up, and most importantly it really removes hair and leaves a smooth soft complexion.

I bought this a month ago and it's stopped working after using twice ,please let me know how to replace or repair by Braun

Unfortunately I can't recommend this device, as it just does not have the longevity I would expect from something so expensive. After several months, the main head started returning a red light every time, even though my skin color had not changed and I have fair skin/dark hair (so the ideal combination for IPL). After several more, the smaller head began doing the same thing. The device lasted less than a year, which is far less than what is advertised. This seems to be a known quality issue, and unfortunately the devices never seem to break when still under warranty.

I think I need to use this a little longer as my hair hasn't grown back quick enough to use it enough to honestly have an opinion but given that, I have used it and it really got to the root of my face hairs and you could see a drastic change in my face and how soft it made it feel..

I attempted to use this but did not like it. I have never used one before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I found it quite noisy, and did not like the feeling. I think i will stick with normal razors personally. I have given it 3 stars as I believe it is a good quality item, it's just not for me

I love this product, so discreet, compact and easy to use! My favourite feature is the little smart light, and the colour is ace! Very helpful when I'm out and about too and I see a little cheeky hair!

Braun face mini hair remover with smart light is a very handy tool and is now a staple in my grooming kit. It's so small and travel friendly, I can easily carry it in my bag. It comes mes with batteries that run for long time. The smart light bulbs s great additin especially to look for my single-hair at chin. Very helpful tool , highly recommended.

I already use a facial hair trimmer like this but it's a cheap and unbranded one - this Braun one is so much better! It's small, lightweight and quiet when turned on. The light is powerful enough that you can really see all the light, fine hairs. It trims the hairs effectively first time, without causing any redness or irritation. It also doesn't catch the skin. My only negative is that it twists to turn on and off and a few times I've inadvertently opened up the battery compartment instead.

I've been using the Braun Silk-épil 3-420 and honestly, it's made hair removal much easier for me. I was a little nervous about epilating, but I found it simple to use and my skin stayed smooth for much longer than shaving.
