Et il faut passer plusieurs fois sur le même endroit même effet sous l'eau et à sec peut-être un peu mieux sans le jet d'eau. Des poils courts, il ne les attrape pas. Le temps gaspillé, je suis très déçue en lisant les avis j'ai pensé d'avoir fait le bon choix mais pas de tout 😭

J'ai renvoyé le colis avec leur étiquette de retour, et depuis, aucune réponse à mes emails (08/09, 24/09, 03/10). Je n'ai ni reçu ma commande ni été remboursé, un mois après. À éviter.

After about 6 months it starts to sound like it's grinding and by the next use it jams up and doesn't work at all. Unfortunately when it IS working it is the better proxy out there but for the price it needs to last longer. I'm so disappointed.

He had tried other electric shavers before, and this is the first one where he can shave dry, in only a few minutes and get a close, comfortable shave without any irritation. He now shaves his face daily, which I am very happy with. The cleaning station is easy to use. We just went on vacation. And the travel charging case kept the shaver going for 10 days. It was nice to avoid bringing another charging cord along. This shaver looks beautiful and every aspect of it has a premium, well designed feel in my opinion. I definitely recommend this razor as the premier razor for anyone not looking to shell out the big $ for the Nevo.

For the absorbant amount of money i spent on this razor I'm not impressed. I'm not supposed to use a regular razor being on blood thinner but i get a much nicer shave. If i have to do it over again i would not have purchased this product

It is not cheap, but based on my past experience with Braun, I thought it would be worth the money. When I received it, I was disappointed by the build quality. It has a lot more plastic than I expected and looks and feels somewhat cheap. The performance is okay—not great, but not bad either. It is acceptable. However, the power button fell off while the shaver was still under warranty. It is just a thin piece of plastic, which seems surprisingly fragile for a product at this price. I have to ship it back for repair. I checked online and found that this appears to be a common problem with Braun's Series 9 Pro. I am quite disappointed with the build quality and overall durability.

C'est déjà le deuxième que j'achète et, à chaque fois, le même problème : les têtes de rotation se cassent après seulement quelques utilisations. Pour le premier appareil, j'avais fait appel au service après-vente. Il m'avait été retourné, mais malheureusement, il ne fonctionnait plus aussi bien qu'au départ. J'ai donc fini par en acheter un deuxième, pensant qu'il s'agissait peut-être d'un défaut isolé. Malheureusement, moins de six mois après l'achat, ce deuxième appareil vient lui aussi de me lâcher, avec exactement le même problème. Je suis franchement très déçue. Au vu du prix de ces appareils, je m'attendais à une qualité et surtout à une durée de vie bien supérieures. Deux appareils défectueux en si peu de temps, ce n'est vraiment pas acceptable.
