I have now had this since June - and it just isnt a close shave at all. I find myself having to go over the same spots very frequently. I tried Barun for the first time, after many years of a competitors product because it usually gets good reviews. This has been disappointing.

Braun is an exceptional product that does exactly what it says it will do to help men control facial hair.

Got this for my birthday a year ago and best shave I have had. I like the three modes and use the sensitive mode after a facial or peels. Also the cleaning station does the job of keeping my blade lubricated, sharp and clean.

This shaver was new in November 2025. It will not and never has held a charge. Very frustrating.

Cannot get no one to help no phone number to contact #Warranty and we not tell you where to send a razorback to have repaired. It is five months old. It does not work why

This is my first Braun. Just bought it in Tokyo. Amazing shaver. Butter soft skin after shaving. Never would imagine, that shaver can perform that way. Absolutely top class. Bravo Braun!!!

I bought my Braun Series 7 now over 25 years ago in Australia together with the cleaning station. I have only replaced the outer foil shield once. Nothing else except cleaning fluid for the washer. It is an older model than the current Series 7 and is still serving my shaving needs very well. An excellent purchase. No shaving problems whatsoever. Nearly as close as blade shaving or even the same. No rash, or burn marks on the face. The cutting blades are still original. Maybe better made back then as some current reviews are claiming to be dissatisfied with this brand. This was my second electric shaver replacing a Remington Model that eventually failed. I am a 76-year-old male still living in Australia. I have never needed warranty support and replacement parts are readily available here, if needed.

I bought this to replace an older Series 3 as it was getting harder for me to get a good clean shave with it. My old mand hands and wrists could not move in the right directions and angles to get all the whiskers. I was also hoping that it would provide a better shave than the old style that I have been using for many years. The flexibility of the head on the 7 did solve my mobility problem and my shaves are now quicker and take less rework. I can't say that the quality of the shave is any better though and it is slightly harder to get close under my nose and around my ears. That being said, this is a fabulous deal for this package and well worth the money.
