Decent, but slightly underwhelming cleansing power

I have combination-oily highly sensitive skin and I was looking for something to help remove my makeup on the few days I wear makeup. This was one of the few oil cleansers I found that didn't have any of my allergens in it. It works decently well, but it does struggle to lift my waterproof mascara which was one of the main reasons I used it. It also says it becomes a milky texture when combined with water which I didn't experience - it just kept its thick, hard to budge consistency.

Pretty sure this was a dud…. I've heard good things about this brand, but for me it is a hard pass!
