I have bought so many specialty creams, salves, and ointments for my dog's dry nose, all of them cost a lot more than this ointment and none of them helped heal his chapped nose except Burt's Bees Baby Multipurpose Ointment. Every winter his nose chaps because just like kids he can't stop licking! It used to take months to see any improvement but this stuff healed it in just a few days.

It makes miracles when my child has diaper rashes, and i live to use it on my dry skin especially during winter time. The skin around my eyes easily "burn" from the cold and wind, and this product is the only thing that helps.

It's not a bad product it helps remove eczema if u have a lot of eczema but if u bearly have it it won't work on ur baby.

I've been using the multipurpose ointment for the last 4+ years with both of my kids and absolutely loved it! I recently purchased a replacement and noticed it was new packaging but hoped that was all. I was so disappointed when I opened it and could tell it was not the same formula at all! The smell is awful and the consistency is not the same. It was always fantastic for any skin issues we were having but this one just does not work the same. Very disappointed by this change and likely will not purchase anymore unless the formula is changed back.

Supposedly good for rashes and eczema. My baby had none of it. Gave her a bath yesterday and applied this into her creases as I wanted her moisturized. She never had a rash before, but today we woke up with raging rash wherever I applied this ointment to. Straight to the bin. Wont buy your products anymore as something isnt working for us here.

I ordered a six pack in June while I still had a few of the OG left. Started using it and noticed that something is wrong... I thought I got a bad lot, so moved to the next bottle. Only then, after using the next one for a bit I realised that it's a "new" formula. It doesn't work like the old one did! It smells artificial, it doesn't treat and heal the skin, not as effective for eczema. Only downsides compared to the OG one which is a real shame, as I've been using those products for like 10 years now. Why change something that everyone loves?!

In June I ordered a six-pack while I still had like one and a half of the old formula. I noticed the new packaging but didn't give it a second thought. I started using the new one and it just wasn't working, didn't smell as good, and was much more greasier. I figured got a bad lot or something. Opened another one, then another one. Tried using it but it's just bad... I loved the old formula, been using it for years for eczema and various other but the new one doesn't work as well, doesn't heal skin as the old one used it, smells a lot more artificial. It's like a completely different product! Really disappointed :(

You have ruined every product that I loved! Or you discontinue them. You messed up the resque cream, that wonderful bath salt. Discontinued the only natural deodorant in the spray that my husband loved. Needless to say that I don't use any of your products. Messed up a really good thing.

seemed like a good product at one time, glad I read reviews before I tried it, sucks it went from a good thing to something not worth getting, thanks for the advice reviewers! Why does it seem like so much these days is changing for the worst, we need to turn this around, messed up agendas aside, things need to change!

I put this and several other Burt's bees products on my registry. I was SHOCKED that a supposedly 'natural' company would make scented baby products. Misleading and irresponsible! It's in the trash.
