I find the really close/shorter hairs are almost impossible to catch with this as it can't get quite close enough. I will say it caught the worst of it.If you have dark, corse facial hairs, be prepared that this *might* not get all of them.BUT this is much better than shaving!

Saves me money in the long run as I don't feel like I will need to go for monthly face waxing anymore. The customer service was excellent as my first Frankie trimmer arrived and it broke so I contacted customer service as I threw out the receipt and they asked for a couple of pictures and a short description - as I did drop it. They sent me a replacement at no cost to me! Thank you Bushbalm I will continue to purchase products as the customer service was excellent!
