Truly Softens
It does the trick. I get dry cuticles on my fingers and toes. I place a generous amount around each finger and toes and gentle rub in and leave it even if some has not absorbed. Within minutes my cuticles are softened. Toes look great in sandals or opened toed shoes and hands look like they have just been manicured. I've had this product for 3 months.
