It does a great job breaking down my makeup, without leaving me sticky or leaving a residue. I have sensitive skin and I'm always scared to try new cleansers, but I haven't experienced any irritation at all. Overall I really enjoy it, and can't wait to use it more!

The cleansing balm is Malleable, it is easy to use. Doesn't cause any irritation while taking eye make up off. It has a good smell, not over powering.

J'ai reçu le nettoyant baume fondant BYOMA J'ai reçu ce produit en échange de mon avis honnête, et je l'ai adoré ! C'était la première fois que j'utilisais ce type de nettoyant baume solide qui fond sur la peau, et il est incroyablement efficace pour éliminer le maquillage tenace, surtout autour des yeux. Il ne pique pas du tout les yeux et ne laisse aucun voile désagréable. Sa texture est assez riche, mais il se rince très facilement et laisse la peau fraîche, parfaitement propre et incroyablement douce. J'avais peur qu'il provoque des imperfections, mais ce n'est absolument pas le cas. Son parfum est très rafraîchissant, avec des notes de citron et de romarin. Une toute petite quantité, de la taille d'un petit pois, suffit. Il suffit de masser le produit sur la peau, puis d'ajouter un peu d'eau tiède pour l'émulsionner, ce qui permet de l'utiliser plus longtemps. Je le recommande à 100 % : c'est un nettoyant très performant qui laisse la peau dans un état bien meilleur que la plupart des nettoyants que j'ai pu essayer.

This is hands down the best balm cleanser I've used. It's easy to apply, washes off well, doesn't leave any residue or leave my skin feeling sticky and it words… really REALLY well! I have sensitive skin, so finding a product that works without causing breakouts or redness has been tough; BYOMA has saved the day (and my face). I have a mascara that I love but is so difficult to remove at the end of the night, BYOMA Melting Balm Cleanser cuts through it without issue - in the 15 years I've been using this mascara, I've never had a product do that. In fact, I have to usually wash my face wise just to get most of it off. I've been using both the BYOMA Melting Balm Cleanser and the BYOMA Sensitive Retinol Oil for just over a month and my skin looks/feels fantastic! This product (and brand) are now a staple in my skin care routine!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It melts really nicely in the skin. Doesn't feel too waxy, has a good amount of slip to it. It has a bit of a herbal smell to it. I wish the packaging wasn't as big however the product is still good. I do find that I have to use a good amount of product to take off all my makeup and sometimes I have to do a double cleanse. I think this would be good for someone who wears very little makeup. Overall it's still a good product but I think there are better out there.
