Didn't have great hold to it, was not good on my course hair nor my daughters. If you have any type of 4 hair wouldn't recommend. Basically was like putting Vaseline in our hair.

I used this product to do my daughter hair and it didn't flake up , turn white it held her edges down all day and her hairstyle came out looking good I love it

This product comes like so many of Cantu's smells very good. But that's not the best thing about it. It helps make for a great twist out, and it left my hair feeling pretty soft. It also can be used as a Curl defining gel.

I love this styling gel. I used on the kids and it's really great. It doesn't leave a hard shell like feel for long. Would have got 5 stars if it held out for a bit longer but otherwise really great.

It was perfect for my spouse hair. Great firm hold and amazing smell. 10 out of 10. Definitely a product to keep on stock at home.

What I like the most about this braiding gel is the fact it doesn't flake up! It does not cause excessive drying! It doesn't turn white! Good around the board 🥰

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Instead of using it for braiding and twisting, I used it for a sleek bun. It sleeks very well and leaves a glossy finish. Also, it smells really good and doesn't leave a residue. I definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a lightweight gel, this is pretty good. I have locs and I also used it to retwist my little brother. We both have 4 range texture...mine is 4c but soft like cotton. I personally like a twist gel that is a bit firmer with it's hold so it wouldn'tbe my go to for a long term hold. Maybe if I wanted to just do a quick touch up between retwists. No white build up though which is always a plus for loc products! I just retwisted mine today and only used it for the top because once I started in the back I wasn't feeling the hold that much so I stopped and picked it back up in the top for photo purposes. Will try it again but I wanted to get my feedback in before time was up 🙂

Doesn't look flakey and cake up. The hold is nice at first, maybe I need to put more or add a different gel too to make it last holder for the edges. Or some spray. But yeah. I really like it. Even with my twists and my braids, gives it a sleek start and helps stretch the hair out too. This been my go to.

I really like this product! I have been using it to slick down my edges for my weave and it holds very well. Doesn't leave white residue ! I would definitely recommend this product
