So i had high hopes for this product and was unfortunately let down. Its really difficult to find a decent shampoo for my hair in my area and found this line at my grocery store so i thought to try it. I have relatively sensitive skin and a friend of mine used to use this a few years back and so i thought why not since she has plenty of skin issues and it seemed to worked for her before she found something more expensive that she preferred. The first time i used it, it wasnt so bad. Not the best ive tried but it smelled pretty good besides a weird acrylic smell thats not so noticeable and the shampoo felt nice in my hair at first. The conditioner however didnt help at all. It dried my hair out really bad and for the past month since using it im so staticky because of the dryness my hair is a floating halo constantly. I look like i stuck my finger in an outlet! Everything i touch shocks me and only when i use these products. My scalp is horrible too. Dandruff doesnt begin to describe it, i have black pillow cases and when i wake up theres so much flakes its like im sleeping in powder and my scalp is so incredibly raw and sticky. Painful and itchy. And i double checked for allergies, went to my doctor about it and my allergies havent changed so it has to be the formula since none of the ingredients im allergic to. I even changed my shower filter just in case and zero difference at all. I called her after not talking for years to ask and she said the formula change which is why she switched. The pump on the bottles hardly work too its so hard to pump. I usually end my showers with a little bit of oil from this brand which usually did the trick to soothe my scalp and not even that will help. I have little bald patches from lost hair since using this and the more i use it the worse it gets. If you have sensitive skin i wouldnt recommend this at all. You get the same results from dollar store conditioner.. if not better. At least when i stopped using it the big scabs started to heal and the rawness went away a little bit but my hair is so brittle now. What a shame.

So I've been useing this product for a couple months it was the best formula I couldn't find and I loved it well now the formula is different and it's not what it used to be before you guys launched the little mermaid ones please go back to that formula

This detangler worked well for both my daughter and I. It makes the hair easier to comb through and less painful.. I also use this as everyday hairspray to add moisture to my hair.. And the makes everything better

Softens my hair without been greasy… I love the smell and the price is a win win

just like the shampoo, the scent is what drew me to this product. loved that it contained shea butter. it is as moisturizing as it says and helped detangling easier for me. also, the packaging is a bonus me. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox

I got this as a #freeproduct, and I been using it for more that a month. The consistency of the product is light, smells good and the quality is good. In my case, I have to leave it on for more than 5 minutes to hydrates my hair well, but it leaves it soft and shiny, so I recommend it if you are looking to use something new. The only thing that doesn't convince me is the packaging, it's very difficult to use when you're in the shower.

It did not work for my hair at all. After using it I felt my hair dry and hard, very tangly. I loved the smell but would not recommend it for someone with fine straight/slightly wavy hair. I received this as a #freeproduct for my honest review.

I recently got this #freeproduct with #tryitwithtopbox, and this conditioner beat my expectations. Not only did it have a nice smell (vanilla), it left my hair soft and silky thus it made my hair easier to detangle. I used this product twice a week combined with the same shampoo. I would recommend this product to those who have dry frizzy hair.

I received the Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla Conditioner in exchange for my review. First off, the scent of this product was everything!! I used the conditioner after shampooing my hair. I left it in for about 10 min, as I detangled my hair. I lived that the conditioner was thick, and provided lots of slip - which made it easy for detangling. My hair felt moisturized, and defined with no frizz. #freeproduct

I tried this product with #trywithtopbox. I am not a huge fan of vanilla smells, and black vanilla is like vanilla that's been working out, it's strong. I tried it and considered using it again because my hair felt so soft and hydrated. I ended up giving it to my sister who has thin wavy hair, she loves how it leaves her smooth, full, and very hydrated. Winter is hard on hair, but this conditioner definitely works through that.
