I had awful acne all of last year. Once I finally switched to this cleanser and the dry to normal skin face wash my skin improved so much.

Left my skin dry and red
While applying this product on my face it feels tight while putting it on and after washing it off. It left my skin very dry to the point it made my skin very red and bumpy worse than before I put it on. I even used moisturizer after and it did almost nothing to help.

Pump does not work
Purchased this June 19 on line just tried it today unable to use product

I have oily skin and this is the best face wash! Only 1 pump is needed, and there is no residue after!
Not for sensitive skin
I wish I could give this product a 0. After using this cleanser on regular basis for like 2weeks, it gives me really bad rashes on the face.

Product burnt sons face
My son used this product and it gave my son 2nd degree burn on his entire face. We just got back from the hospital
Horrible
This product is horrible. I thought it was good for a few days but one day I used it and a couple hours later my face was burning and I developed those tiny bumps on my cheek. DO NOT BUY THIS.
Allergic to New Formula
I loved this product for years. They must have switched the formula recently because I'm allergic to it now. Had a horrible allergic reaction around my eyes. Once I switched cleansers it went away.
Terrible causes horrible breakouts & strips face
I've been using this for no longer than 2 weeks and my face has never been this bad. Incredibly dry almost painful and I've started breaking out like I never have before. Would not recommend my face feels stripped and I now need to do damage control.
