It burnt my scalp and skin, leaving sores on my scalp. It took more than 3 washes on removal. Then it still continued to bleed for 3 more hair washes. I won't be using this product again.

clairol.com/en-USI was looking for a brand that wasn't harsh and this was one that was recommended. I've used this color twice. Both times it came out a really dark brown but whatever. What really upsets me is that it doesn't cover some grays and others it just just leaves lighter so either way the gray is noticeable. I thought this would be better then the Natural instincts and it was to a point as that left splotches.
