This actually burnt my scalp !! Never used this brand's products before, so I am disappointed. My previous root powder by another brand was discontinued so I will have to keep looking.

Used this to add some colour to.my 14 year old daughters hair. She was extremely happy with the colour results and the coverage of her light brown hair , the application process was very easy and she was comfortable throughout, and is pleased with the results

I love this color I also grabbed the extra light blonde as I wasn't sure what one I wanted lol

Used medium honey blonde for 20years and had no issues, even with scalp psoriasis, always a gorgeous result. Shiny, multi toned colour. Loads of compliments even from my hairdresser. Always asks who coloured my hair. But since the changes you have made it is definitely not the same shade. It is darker, no warmth in it, flat and dull, no glossy shine anymore. My hair looks awful and no longer suits my skin colour. You are saying the alterations are for the better but they have ruined your product and so many loyal, long term customers are switching brands. Me included sadly. Please listen to your customers and bring the original shades back.

wow! this product covered my mums greys insanely well. She has some strong greys underneath and in her hairline & clairol nice n easy did the best job compared to other hair colour brands we've tried. It does have a strong smell but it washes away when rinsing the colour out! Will definitely be purchasing again

I love when I get a trusted product that leaves me feeling like I went to the salon without the price tag

I'm a little old school, so my daughter dyed my hair with a brush, but we love the result! At first while dying we thought it's gonna be way darker as the dye was darkening so fast. It was slightly pinching at the beginning. I had little bit of grey, little bit of blonde and also some of my natural brown hair. I'm actually highly impressed with the result as it turned out to be very pleasant rich pinkish blonde. It definitely covered dark hair and roots, but I'd say that it didn't 100% changed my greys even though I applied that at the very start, so should have been the most visible colour change. Besides that, I love the result! Maybe it was little bit not enough of dye for the whole amount of hair. The after treatment was, of course, incredible! My hair became so silky and shiny! The application with the nozzle was not very easy as if doing by yourself you can't see how much you spread and it's more comfortable if someone else is doing it. Overall, my aftermath comes with 4,7/5 stars!

★★★★★ Just a little update now that I've had the colour in for a couple of weeks. I'm actually really impressed with how it's holding up. The black is still nice and rich and my grey roots are still well covered which is the main thing for me 😂 It hasn't faded into that weird dull colour either and my hair still has a good shine to it. I've washed it quite a few times now and I'm really happy with how it's lasting. Definitely happy with the results and I'd use Nice'n Easy Black again. It's done exactly what I wanted it to do and saved me a trip to the salon too 😊
