I have been coloring my hair Dark Brown for at least 15 years and loved it. Now that the formula is changed my gray hair turned out horrible and an auburn color which did not blend with the rest of my hair. I will not but again.

I love this color I also grabbed the extra light blonde as I wasn't sure what one I wanted lol

Used medium honey blonde for 20years and had no issues, even with scalp psoriasis, always a gorgeous result. Shiny, multi toned colour. Loads of compliments even from my hairdresser. Always asks who coloured my hair. But since the changes you have made it is definitely not the same shade. It is darker, no warmth in it, flat and dull, no glossy shine anymore. My hair looks awful and no longer suits my skin colour. You are saying the alterations are for the better but they have ruined your product and so many loyal, long term customers are switching brands. Me included sadly. Please listen to your customers and bring the original shades back.

wow! this product covered my mums greys insanely well. She has some strong greys underneath and in her hairline & clairol nice n easy did the best job compared to other hair colour brands we've tried. It does have a strong smell but it washes away when rinsing the colour out! Will definitely be purchasing again

Been using this product exclusively for years, but not anymore. My most recent box looked "new and improved" (which rarely means the product is improved), and the first red flag was that the color was developing purple instead of very dark brown like it normally does. After following instructions and rinsing my hair out per usual, I found the gray coverage was much poorer than normal and my roots have a greenish tint to them. I can see that my experience is not unique based on the poor rating and other reviews. If you want to keep your customers, you should probably bring back the old formula.

★★★★★ Just a little update now that I've had the colour in for a couple of weeks. I'm actually really impressed with how it's holding up. The black is still nice and rich and my grey roots are still well covered which is the main thing for me 😂 It hasn't faded into that weird dull colour either and my hair still has a good shine to it. I've washed it quite a few times now and I'm really happy with how it's lasting. Definitely happy with the results and I'd use Nice'n Easy Black again. It's done exactly what I wanted it to do and saved me a trip to the salon too 😊

Turns out a lot darker than expected! But it did cover the greys so that is a plus
