Did not cover my gray!
I bought this Root Touch-Up, followed the directions to the letter and it did not cover any of my gray!! I used it in my part line and around my face hair line!

Nice format but..
This actually burnt my scalp !! Never used this brand's products before, so I am disappointed. My previous root powder by another brand was discontinued so I will have to keep looking.

Imagine my surprise... no instructions and therefore no gloves in the box. Aaaarrrrggg! No gloves!!!! How is that possible??. Can't use this...Clearly something went wrong in the manufacturing/packaging process...

I didn't have to color my hair at all, just used it und it gave such color and great volume. I sure wish Clairol would bring it back. None of the other products come close to this one in easy of use and end result. Please bring it back!

clairol.com/en-USI have used this product for many years (#8 medium blonde) and it worked great. When I colored my gray roots the color lasted a long time. But now when I do the touch up on my roots within a few days the product wears off and the hair I colored is gray again. Therefore I will no longer spend my money on this downgraded product.
