Imagine my surprise... no instructions and therefore no gloves in the box. Aaaarrrrggg! No gloves!!!! How is that possible??. Can't use this...Clearly something went wrong in the manufacturing/packaging process...

I didn't have to color my hair at all, just used it und it gave such color and great volume. I sure wish Clairol would bring it back. None of the other products come close to this one in easy of use and end result. Please bring it back!

But now when I do the touch up on my roots within a few days the product wears off and the hair I colored is gray again. Therefore I will no longer spend my money on this downgraded product.
