I use Chanel's Waterproof mascara, and your lotion took a long time to soften it, and then instead of being absorbed completely onto a cotton pad, some just settled on my skin under my eyes. I shall be returning it. Your "One Step" Facial Cleanser is by far the best makeup remover for my mascara and facial foundation. Please don't discontinue that EVER! Thank you.
