I love using this in the morning. Tepid water to wash it away. The scent is amazing and invigorating.

I've been using for longer than I know, decades maybe? This leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean without being stripped. Removes makeup very well.

This cleanser works so well, even to remove my mascara and makeup. Smells so wonderful, as well. I will be a customer of this cleanser from now on.

I always use a toner after I cleanse my face, especially after the shower. So I thought I would try this. This is more like a makeup remover. So for example, if you cleanse and treated your skin at night, you would not use this product in the morning. I'm a little confused if it's okay to use to remove eye makeup. But overall I will not use it much as it adds a little bit of an oily residue like a makeup remover would. In the mornings when I've already treated my skin at night, I use micellar water and then a toner before my treatment products. This product would not work in that situation. I suppose this could be handy to quickly take off sunscreen or dirt from outside or makeup. If you wanted to then go do something else besides treating your skin. Overall, I feel like this product is confusing. I really don't wear makeup that much so I doubt I will use this. Even at the end of the day. If I use this it feels a little too sticky and I'm I'm not sure if I should add more products to my skin like the double serum and night cream.

I love this product. It's easy and quick to remove make-up. One-Step Facial Cleanser is my time-saver!

I have been using this product since it was introduced in the skin care line! Quick way to remove make up. I have very sensitive skin and Clarins products work for me.

My rating has nothing to do with the product because I placed my order on November 28th and as of today, December 16th, I have yet to receive it. Customer service did send out a replacement order. The original order was sent back from the shipping receiver for unknown reasons. 🤷‍♀️ let's see when this shows up.
