This makeup remover is rich in organic Alpine yellow gentian extract grown at the heart of the Domaine Clarins and organic cornflower extract to soothe the skin around the eyes. Ideal for the fragile skin around the eye area. What’s more: it is rich in panthenol, which helps to protect lashes. I find the Gentle Eye Make-up remover to be far superior to the Instant Eye Make Up remover. The Gentle is less oily and does a great job removing my makeup. Been using this product for years!

I have been using this product for years. I love its gentlenss and I also love to keep the sample for traveling when i don't use much mascara. I would need a stronger cleanser if I wear mascara.

I regret to inform you that this product does not easily remove my mascara. I use Chanel's Waterproof mascara, and your lotion took a long time to soften it, and then instead of being absorbed completely onto a cotton pad, some just settled on my skin under my eyes. I shall be returning it. Your "One Step" Facial Cleanser is by far the best makeup remover for my mascara and facial foundation. Please don't discontinue that EVER! Thank you.

Removes makeup very gently. I have sensitive eyes and this lotion doesn't sting my eyes and yet removes mascara and long-lasting eyeshadow well.

After using the free sample I received, I decided to try the other version of this product, Instant Eye Makeup Remover. Comparing the two products, I noticed the "gentle" product wasn't as effective as the "instant" product. It works well, just needed to rub a bit harder to get my mascara off
