Ahhhhh-mazing!!!!!

Where has this eyeliner been all my life? I've never heard a beauty influencer on YT or anywhere mention this genious eyeliner. I don't understand the low ratings for this gem. I have hooded eyes, therefore I need to leave as much brow space for shadows as I can. This eyeliner was made for us with h...ooded (aka "bedroom eyes") eyelids. How I use it is to look up slightly, pull my eyelid up just slightly and push the liner into my lash bed from underneath. Keeping that same position I then repeat exactly what I did from beneath, from more straight on. Each time I push it into my lash line I just wiggle it side to side just the teensiest bit and it makes sure that every bit of bare lash bed has been lined. My lashes look so much fuller and my eyes are defined without taking any space on my eyelid itself. This is genius. I'm fair and have light eyelashes but I still think I would use black even if they had a brown. Since I wear black mascara, this liner looks perfect with it and just looks like naturally fluffier lashes. It isn't harsh at all. If you think the black looks too harsh on you, you probably need to just keep practicing and only use in the lash bed. It just can't look too harsh in there, unless you are wearing it with your naturally blonde eyelashes. For everyone other than very dark brown or black hair, this really needs to be paired up with a mascara or it will look stark and too much. I will be a lifelong 3-dotter!
