I have sensitive and reactive skin. Up until this winter, my scalp has been okay but suddenly I was breaking out into itchy spots. Tried both this and their gentle shampoo - loved them both.
Soothing, non-irritating
I find my hair feels clean after using and it is soothing for my scalp. I double wash my hair.
Exceyscalp soothing shampoo
I use it once or twice a week, using other products other days. Not for everyday use in my experience, but outstanding when used in rotation with your other shampoos.

Doesn't Cleanse and doesn't Sooth Scalp
2 stars because this is truly gentle, even the most sensitive skin, scalp, can use this without issue. HOWEVER - my hair doesn't feel clean after use, even if I use more product that I usually do. If you have oily hair, forget it. I often deal with an itchy, irritated scalp and I was hopeful that this shampoo would help sooth or manage that issue. I didn't find any relief whatsoever. I will use this up but never repurchase.
