Packaging: The applicator is awful. Difficult to get the product out. I have to press into the plastic nozzle under the sponge with my hand to pump out the product and even then, the sponge absorbs all the product so I can't even tell how much is getting applied onto my acne. I saw the tester in store, the sponge tip disintegrated and turned yellow..mine is beginning to yellow..not sure how much longer until it completely disintegrates. Product: I have really oily skin and did not find the product effective for my acne, only calming for a few hours and then my face flares up again. For a product marketed as "acne solutions" it did not offer me any solutions.

The product itself is very effective, but the applicator is awful. The sponge disintegrated after a few uses leaving the plastic tip uncovered which made the application difficult.

My daughter have a little acne problem and this product is just amazing!

The foam pad disintegrated after a handful of uses and it's impossible to get the serum out even if you try to press it on a tissue. Clinique need to redesign this product and refund customer. (Emails to support and product team ignored.)

It's impossible to tell if this product is any good because it doesn't come out of the bottle. Zip, zilch, nothing. Doesn't Clinique test their products?

I just bought this product and it's awful. The liquid does not even come out of the applicator to apply it to your face. What a joke! Very disappointed to have received an overpriced product that doesn't even come out of the container! Do not waste your time to money on this product!!

This worked amazing until the white top came off completely rendering it unusable. I used it less than 10 times before the sponge tip fell off.

I am a longtime customer of Clinique and this is my first negative review of a Clinique product. To start with, it is very hard to get the product out of the tube. After a few uses the sponge shredded off and now there is a plastic piece sticking out of it. The tube is almost full and it is no longer usable. I can only comment on the container design and the delivery system since I barely used the product. There is no way to open the tube and get the product out of it. I wish I could provide photos here. Please change the design of the tube. People, do not waste money on this product. Sorry Clinique.

I bought for my daughter.

Bought this for my son who is struggling with adolescent acne. The product works well at helping to reduce the duration, size and redness of acne lesions but the applicator is poorly designed.
