I don't know why I waited so long to try this product. Sugar pop has always been my go to day lipstick but now I have a new favorite,black honey. Goes on so smoothly and feels so light and it's fun.

When it first goes on my lips, it feels like it might end up being dry. However, after it warms up on my skin (5 minutes or so), it really feels like a balm. And the color is beautiful! Sheer, buildable, flattering. I use pink honey, but I'm gonna get my sister nude honey since her undertone is warmer than mine, I think that might flatter her better. Having a few more color options would be cool -- perhaps a lavender tone -- but I feel like the pink, nude, and black honeys already covers a lot of territory. Overall, if you're looking for subtle hydrating color, I highly recommend this product!

I got my first black homey lipstick in a giftset. I was leary as dark reds dont typically work well with my complexion. I use orange reds instead. This is the exception! This more of a lipbalm with colour. It gives a slight pop of colour for the natural moist look. Its perfect for everyday use. I keep in my purse all day.

This is my go to everyday, I find all colors match your skin and outfit.

This is a perfect every day or night lip balm. Just kissed look to lips plus hydrating.

I'm in love with the black honey line and this Almost Lipstick is perfect for everyday lip color. I have a very fair complexion and wanted to have a nice pop of color on average days when I am not going the whole lipstick/lipliner route. It's a beautiful shade, feels hydrating, and isn't slippery or gooey like gloss. It compliments my natural lip color.

I bought this product because my lips had become dry and sensitive to other lip products. At first, I tried it a few times cautiously because I wasn't sure how my lips would react to a new product. But I fell in love with the moisture it gives my lips along with the beautiful tint. Sometimes, when I want a stronger tint, I apply a second layer. I think this product will always have a place in my makeup bag from now on!

I am have blonde/fair colouring and I shock my friends when I bring out my black honey lip balm. I love the oil too. A hint of rosy colour on my 50 years or so fading lips. Perfection. Have been using it for years!!!

Black Honey Almost Lipstick is a product that I have been using for 50 years now! Any Clinique product has been consistently the same for SO many years. I do love this lipstick and the Pink Honey and Nude Honey too! Thanks, Clinique....you will always be my go to!

The colour is flattering and the product is moisturizing. However, for the price point, there are competitors with tinted balms that last far longer while still offering the colour and hydration. I enjoy and use the included samples and pop a few in purse pockets so I'm not without. However, I don't expect the colour to last and I wouldn't outright purchase the product.
