I have used this product for many years and my most recent purchase smelled terrible. I have always counted on Clinique for fragrance free products. This is disappointing.

I have been using this product for years. The past year I have noticed a bad smell to every jar I have bought. With each new jar I was hoping the smell would be back to normal. I am glad to see here reading reviews that I am not the only one noticing this. We pay a premium for the Clinique products and have higher expectations. This is disappointing. I'm going to give it one more try but if the smell continues, I'll start looking for something else to use on my sensitive skin.

I have used this cream for many years and have always liked it a lot. I ordered one a few months ago and opened it a couple of weeks ago. It has a very strange smell that is not normal for this product. I contacted Clinique customer service 3 times and was told since it was over 30 days they could not replace the product. This isn't buyer's remorse - this is a defective jar!!! I have been a Clinique customer for 30 years. They no longer care about the customer enough to replace a product that has something wrong with it. Perhaps getting it tested would be wise to see what's in it. I am cancelling my Clinique account and will no longer buy their products. They have lost a life long customer. As I told them, we pay premium prices for their skincare and cosmetics and should in turn get premium customer service

I've been using Clinique products for over 40 years now and was so disappointed with my last order of this trusted cream. It does smell really bad and is not the same consistency it used to be. Either I got an expired batch or did they change it? Unfortunately I did not open it until the return period had expired so guess I will get through it. Does seem to still work the same and no skin irritation but not a good smell to go to bed with at night!

I have been using this Dramatically Different Moisturizer Cream for many years. The other yellow face lotions made my skin burn but this one does not! It is always thick like frosting and makes my face feel soft and protected. It has never had an odor. I opened a new jar and put it on my face without thinking but then I started smelling something sour. I discovered this was the culprit when I put my nose to the jar. I had a little freak out because my skin is sensitive and I was afraid of a bad reaction; luckily my skin was fine. I am definitely not going to be using this jar again though, and I do think Clinique should offer a replacement for free—as long as they have figured out the issue and made a new batch! Ordinarily this would be a 5 star review and I have recommended it.

Love this moisturizer, it's amazing for my dry skin. I use the lotion in the day and cream at night. Why does my most recent purchase of the cream smell like a moldy dish towel? This has never happened in 25yrs of using Clinique

I've used and loved this product for years but this year I've thrown 2 jars away as they have a musty, moldy smell. The first jar I thought was a fluke and threw it out practically full. The second jar smelled exactly the same so in the trash in also went. So disappointed in the obvious change in this product.

Honestly, I didn't think I'd need to read reviews of such a reputable company, but yes buyer beware this product smells rancid? It doesn't sound like I'll have much luck getting this rectified, but if Clinique wants to have a good reputation, the move to make it to contact each reviewer and replace this product and pull it off sales until the problem is remedied.

Contacted the company 4 times to let them know the product I received was spoiled and smelled stinky. I was ghosted by the first representative who asked me to hold for 2 minutes and after 30 minutes, I hung up. Tried 2 more times and was told they would replace the product and I needed to throw it out. Never received a replacement, so I contacted them again. They asked me for a picture of the product which i was told to throw out. Never had my issue resolved so after 49 years of using Clinique, I am done. Buyer beware!
