This bottle will only open for you 50% of the time. I'm going to bed with my makeup on tonight because I fought the stupid cap for 5 minutes before I had to give up for my own sanity. Clinique I am begging you to change the cap for this product.

This is the best eye makeup remover I have ever used. It works well, but best of all, it is very gentle.

I got this a few months back, but didn't use it right away because I was still finishing up another product. When I finally started using it, it was incredibly hard to open. I have had lots of containers like this and have never had a problem before, so I found it strange. After using it about five times total, the lid just stopped opening at all. I have asked several other strong adults to try to turn it, but it won't catch. I contacted customer service and was told that they wouldn't replace it because it was past the return window. They offered me 15% a new order, but I definitely will never be buying this again.

Clinique's 'take the day off' makeup remover for eye makeup and lips is my absolute favorite! I've tried tons of other brands over the years that were either irritating, made my eyes sting or I would have to rub/wipe over and over to actually remove my eye makeup (especially if I used any sort of long-lasting lipstick or waterproof eye makeup). It works so well, doesn't dry out your lips or leave the delicate skin around eyes dry or inflamed. I've been using Clinique products since high school (20 yrs ago!) and their makeup removers are just wonderful :)
