I HATE this new Dramatically Different lipstick formula. My go-to color was A Different Grape, and this new formula is a completely different color. It's way more brown than it use to be and the white moisture stick in the middle is utterly useless and causes the lipstick to fade way faster. I have a skin sensitivity on my lips, and Clinique lipstick was the only lipstick that didn't cause a painful inflammatory reaction on my lips. I hate every color on this new Dramatically Different lipstick line, and I don't have any other options to use for lipstick without having to try a new brand and risk having a horrible reaction on my lips. Please bring back the old formula with the original colors. It's been years of horrible reviews from all of your clients, so why have you not done anything about it? Why have you not brought back the old formula that everybody is requesting? Horrible business management.

Please bring back Intimately....it was soooooooo good! Perfect medium nude - looked great with all skin tones and color shades. I've tried the other nudes/browns - they're all too light, too pink or orange - this one was a true medium brown nude which looked natural.

I love Clinique makeup - sad to see it appears my favorite color, Sugarcoated, has been discontinued. Please consider bringing it back, along with your color "Pink Beach" #22 from your Color Surge Bare Brilliance line. That or "Pink Beach" from the butter shine line (#455) - I loved especially that color and would love to repurchase even in a different formula. Nothing else quite like it!

This is the second time I've bought the new "Dramatically Different Lipstick" in a color I had in the older "Different Lipstick." I LOVED "A Different Grape" in the old formula. The color in the new formula isn't even close. It's dark and vampy and feels so dry on my lips. It also doesn't last as long. I had the same experience with old versus new "Angel Red." Formerly my favorite two lipsticks, no longer. Very disappointed. My days of being a Clinique lipstick lover seem to be over.

I purchased the Dramatically Different™ Lipstick Shaping Lip Colour in Shy. I expected it to be moisturizing, as described. I applied to clean, bare lips as directed. Was it hydrating? No. It was the driest lipstick I've ever used. On bare lips the color was not flattering. Since then I've moisturized my lips heavily before using and layered on other lipsticks. It looks OK.

I recently order the Bamboo Pink lipstick. When it arrived, I was reminded why I stopped buying the Dramatically Different lipstick line. The moisturizer in the middle prevents the color from lasting more than 30 minutes. I have to constantly reapply. Please go back to the old formula and remove the moisturizing portion of the lipstick! I won't be buying this lipstick line again.

So, I miss Baby Kiss, or could not find it, so I ordered the Barely color, but it is SO pale, it washes out my already pale face. SO, beware, if you like a soft pink, it is much lighter than the color block. Nevertheless, would be lovely on a tan face, or lighter or younger lip. I think ANYONE can benefit from the hydrating element. I'll try again, maybe with an in-person shopping trip first, and I expect I'll enjoy this over the summer, or with winter whites!

I have several shades of this line and have used them for years. Perfect level of shine and resists feathering better than others, including other Clinique lines. No peeling although my skin is extremely sensitive. But please bring back my favorite shade, Moody. It would be my go-to nude but I'm saving my last bit for special occasions. 😢
