This concealer is just okay. The color range is terrible! I wish Clinique would make a Chubby Stick concealer in a wide color range, including a light porcelain cool tone pink or bring back the click pen corrector.

I have to wrap a paper napkin around the applicator's seal because it leaks somehow, and the tube has to be cleaned prior to using it. Also, the sponge seems tough, the cap easily comes off, and product is wasted. Won't be buying it again.

I have purchased several colors that are considered to be "light" and none of the colors work for me. The colors are too yellow, beige, peach, or too white, and not enough for pink undertones. The concealer goes on blotchy and is too thick and doesn't glide well when trying to apply it. Within an hour or two it looks very dry, patchy, and creases. I can't use any type of moisturizer underneath and/or above because it makes the concealer look worse. I can't even use the tool to find a color that matches the Lancome concealer I like because it isn't listed and the list needs to be updated because some of the Lancome products listed don't even exist anymore. I prefer Clinique because it's fragrance-free. Many products in this line need to be updated. Far too many are loaded with sparkles which can be unflattering and juvenile for women who want a classic look.

I've been a customer for years and have been dealing with the WORST customer service regarding a return. It took WEEKS for me to get a return label due to a "glitch". Then I was only refunded for one item of the FOUR that were sent back. I'm heading into week two of trying to get my full refund with no luck.

I've had difficulty finding a product since you discontinued Even Better Compact cream makeup. Over the years I became disappointed when you changed the formula time and time again but at least there was always a replacement. Since 2020 you haven't replaced or added a new cream makeup or concealer. Your combo powder cream makeups only magnify my pores. At least bring back the City Stick or Chubby Stick concealer!!!! NO liquid make up or concealer hides brown spots!!!! Plus it a great thing to use before going to workout or walk the dog when you don't want full makeup on. This concealer does help hide dark under eyes circles well but I must apply multiple times over my dark spots and blemishes though still unable to hide my flaws like cream makeup or concealers do with only applying a small amount. Please bring solid/cream concealers back!!

Love this concealer. Doesn't cake and lasts all day.

I need to order this product again because I can't get to what is left in the bottom third or quarter of the container - very frustrating! I agree with other reviews that the container seems to leak and gets very messy where you unscrew it, which is also a waste of product because you have to use a tissue to clean it. I also never use the foam applicator on top of the wand and that cap falling off is annoying.

Love this concealer. I'm not sure if they've improved it since it first came out, but it's better than I originally remembered it. Not drying at all but lasts for most of a long day with a touch of setting powder!

I used to love their under eye concealer like ten years ago. They had to go fix what's not broke. First they changed it. The applicator. Everything. You could see you got less for the money. I stopped using it for quite a few years. Finally went back and did not like this. At all. Design of the thick bulky tube is not good. Just as others said. Too keeps coming off on the eraser sponge which is not needed and the product of all over the neck of the tube. Not good. I bought the ivory and I don't like the peachy undertone it has. Not sure if I'll try the lighter shade or not to bother.

This is much thicker than I would like. Plus, it leaks and the lid over the sponge applicator is always falling off. I also cannot get all of the product out of the container. I've worn Clinique products for most of my life. I am 58 now and have worn them since I was about 15 years old. It's unfortunate that in the last seven or so years they've completely revamped and decreased their options, yet increased their prices tremendously. They've discontinued the majority of the concealer options and many other options in their makeup line. My favorite in the last 20 years was the line smoothing concealer. For some reason, they've changed from four or so different concealer options to just this one. This one is very thick and emphasizes the lines under my eyes. The line smoothing concealer was not as thick so did not show the lines under my eyes. They also discontinued the pressed powder I used for decades and the blush I used for decades. It's very unfortunate because now I've had to look for other options from other companies. I wish they would bring back what they took away because I'm certain they would increase their revenue if they did so. I used to regularly purchase about 10 different products from Clinique but now I've had to change and now I only purchase two or three products from them because they no longer make what I used to purchase.
