I was very disappointed as I've been a customer of Clinique for 25+ years I would have thought they would have stood by their product, even though the return window had closed. I may have to rethink using this company in the future. It was a very pricey brush.

I purchased a replacement about 9 months ago and it's completely falling apart and is not usable. I'm super disappointed especially since the price increased so much. I'm not sure if I just received a bad brush or if something changed in the manufacturing process to decrease the quality. I reached out to customer service but they said I cannot return it since it's out of their return window.
