I received this product as a sample with my purchase. I tried to use it the same day I received it and the pen did not twist up. After spending 10 minutes twisting the liner, the WHOLE liner came up in one twist and I could no bring it back in. The liner BROKE of the pen and I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO TRY...

I gave it 4 stars because as I was reading the reviews, I thought it was just me thinking this, but lots of people have the same complaint that you all have gone up on the product but are giving less product in the liner. Shame on you for doing this to your loyal customers!
Pencil doesn't last

clinique.com/This used to be my go to eyeliner and have used for years. However, last one I got emptied way too fast & I only wear makeup 3 days/week. There is no way to tell how much is in the pencil or how much is left. Imagine getting ready for work and trying to spin up your eyeliner to find out it's gone. For the cost, I expect more. I am already looking for replacement.
