It rinses off clean, and doesn't leave any film on the eyes at all! Finally, a product that does what it says it will and does not blur the eyes. I can't use the Take The Day Off Remover because of the way it blurs my eyes, and that blurriness stays for HOURS - this remover leaves no residue at all. Does not eave the eye area feeling dry either. Clinique - PLEASE never stop making this product! It's the best.

I'm so disappointed, using water would produce the same results. No name eye make up remover is better than this. Don't do it.
