I have been using this for almost a year now. Definitely works on face and neck, especially neck. I use it morning and night. Worth every penny.

I applied this serum as instructed in the evening after I received it. Within an hour my skin was burning so painfully that I had to wash it off as quickly as I could. My skin is very sensitive. There should be a warning that this is not suitable for sensitive skin.This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent on skin care. I had tried different retinol products before, but I always gave up too quickly. This time, I decided to give Clinique a real chance. I started with the smaller size and promised myself I would be patient. I began just twice a week, using only a small amount on my forehead, smile-line area, on my cheeks and neck. After about a month, I gradually increased to three nights a week, and now I can comfortably use it four to five nights a week. From my experience, keeping my skin well moisturized made a huge difference. I redeemed my Clinique points for the Moisture Surge Overnight Mask, which really helped keep my skin from feeling dry. I still use the Overnight Mask over my retinoid at night. During the day, I use Moisture Surge 100H and SPF 50 consistently. After about a month, because uneven skin tone was also one of my concerns, a Clinique advisor recommended Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector. Using that during the day along with my nighttime retinoid routine has given me better results than I expected in such a short time. The change in my skin, especially my forehead, has honestly surprised me. I'm also continuing to use it carefully on my neck because I want my face and neck to age more evenly. My biggest advice from my own experience: be patient, start slowly, use a small amount, moisturize well, and never skip sunscreen. I only wish I had started sooner—but I'm so glad I finally stuck with it!

I have been an Estée Lauder user for years, but they keep changing their products, so when they discontinued my favorite serums ( first Idealist and now Perfectionist), I decided to give this serum a try. I am happy with this one. It makes my skin feel smooth and soft, and I am happier with this than with the current Estée Lauder line. Thanks, Clinique!

I am always a bit hesitant to try new products. I like to stick with the ones that have always worked well for me. Usually always Clinique, and they have many new products in this Smart Repair line, it's easy to get confused. LoL. I like to allow my skin time to actually get used to any new products before review. As I get older I know I need to step up the game a bit. Ive used this serum for almost a yr. Although I haven't seen dramatic results with this Serum yet. My skin is brighter and smoother. I alternate nights with just the Smart correct wrinkle cream. I don't want to use retinol every night as my skin gets a little red & dry, but not uncomfortable. ( Make sure you are not overlapping additional retinol products). I Just started using the Smart repair wrinkle eye cream along with it about 3 months ago. No excessive dryness, No breakouts. No burning. Seems to be a good product and hope to see more results in the future.

One can never tell if it's genetics, regular use of sunscreen, or a serum, but I believe that this serum has contributed to people telling me that I don't look my age (on the cusp of 70). I like how it goes on and feels on my face and I believe it has caused my aging to slow at least a bit; I will definitely keep using it! It's also more cost effective than others I tried in the past, which is always a plus,

First time I tried it from a sample I got and loved it . It's helps with the wrinkle between my eyebrow the no. 11 less visible. I bought a bottle when it's on sale .
