CoverGirl.comAs with many matte lipsticks, you have to get the formula just right to balance out the matte finish while nourishing the lips. Covergirl failed to do that with this one. It is like the Sahara desert on your lips. You cannot reapply it without messing up the current layer that you have applied. It definitely fades throughout the day as well; every bite you take will fade the lipstick further. It also settles into any fine lines on your lips as well as any dry spots. If you want to try a lipstick from the Exhibihionist line, I prefer the cream ones.
