I have used it for years and been totally satisfied with the product. I bought the replacement (only because the other was not available) thinking it was going to be the same and IT IS NOT! Now I have to spend lots of time AND money trying to find a better replacement. So frustrating!!!

I tried to lengthen the liner and it simply Broke off, still not working as it should. I have tried several times to use it, but it just doesn't work as it should.
